The Southshore Companies customer relationship behavior is governed by a set of five value principles known as the Southshore House Rules.

2.  Create value

Figure out the smartest, most economical way to solve the problem, then make it happen.


3.  Get the details right

If you don’t, the customer will find someone that will.


4.  Do as you say

Customers do business with people they trust.  When you make a promise, keep it.


5.  Delight the customer

Be courteous.  Act with urgency.  Do whatever it takes to exceed your customer’s expectations – every day.
