The South Bend Tribune’s business publication, Tribune Business Weekly, recently featured an in depth piece on Southshore’s history from a single, vacant fruit canning facility into an integrated logistics business with operations in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Connecticut.  In the article, Jordan Kirshenbaum, Southshore’s Vice President of Business Development, explained Southshore’s successful business strategy which is centered on customer, geographic and market diversity with an emphasis on steady, deliberate and profitable growth.  Jordan also talked about the Southshore customer service effectiveness and decisiveness, “When they call Southshore, they can talk to one of the owners of the company in one phone call.”
