Southshore is pleased to announce the immediate availability of approximately 19,000 square feet of quality office space in Elkhart, Indiana. This office space is located at 2421 S. Nappanee Street (State Route 19) near the intersection of Hively Avenue. The space was formerly occupied by Adorn as their corporate headquarters and offers amenities including complete network and telephone system wiring, small and large conference rooms, employee lounges and break rooms, a secure lobby with seating areas, private offices of various dimensions and large open work areas. Key-card controlled employee access and parking is available at the back of the building and away from the customer entrance on Nappanee Street.
